I met the owner of Gold Star Remodeling when I purchased my first home in Los Angeles and needed significant repairs and renovations in 2023. I have now used them for 3 major jobs and not only have the results been amazing, their service is the best! It's rare to find such a responsive general contractor! Their pricing is very competitive and I appreciate receiving very detailed estimates for scope of work and pricing so there are no misunderstandings. We recently had several projects done in our home through Gold Star Remodeling, including full flooring replacement, bathroom tile work, painting, and updates to our stair railings. From start to finish, Alon was very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. When a minor issue came up with one of the floor planks a couple of months after installation, Alon responded right away and had Scott come out the very next day. Scott did an amazing job—he took his time, didn’t rush, and made sure everything was properly fixed. John also did amazing work. He painted, worked on the stair railings, and handled everything on his own day after day with such care and dedication. We really appreciated his hard work and attention to detail. What stood out the most is how Alon truly stands by his work. Even after the project was completed, he made sure everything was taken care of. Alon and his team were excellent to work with through the entire project, most importantly, they instilled in me a sense of ease knowing that the quality of work and attention to detail would meet my expectations.
